Fairly easy. I had no issues in contacting a representative but the site is very easy itself and self explanatory in aiding in your needs. You should contact a representative if you are having an issue with the automation process.

Chose them for the price of the tires, but little did I know they would sent me OLD STOCK TIRES. The tires they sent me were 3+ years old. Next time you buy a tire, just look at the 4 digit DOT Date Code on them, stamped next to the letters DOT. The first digits are the week and the second digits are the year in which it was manufactured.

Is PriorityTire a scam or a legit company?
As far as I can relate to my experience with this company I thought it was a very easy process in picking what I wanted and the automated suggestions compared to what's best. Financing was also comparatively smooth as in my case I found it to be fast and surprisingly easy.

My experience is that it is a legit company. I ordered tires. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I returned the tires and received a full refund. I would buy from them again.
